Introduction
Pets are more than just ordinary animals. If you doubt, you can recheck our relationship with these lovely creatures. Then you will realize that we consider them as a part of our family. So, it is quite expected that one of our main concerns is taking good care of our pets.
Fortunately, we in Radar Pet team have a solution for one of the most important problems with having a pet: losing it. In this solution, a microchip, and a scanner keep your pet's data in a specific system. This system help you find your pet if it gets lost.
Microchip
The microchips that we use are as big as a rice seed and they don't need any battery or electrical resource. After you put the microchip under the pet's skin, a specific code will be dedicated to it. When you scan it with the scanner, the data about the pet will be securely saved in our database.
To avoid any allergic problems, a layer of biocompatible glass covers the microchip. After the chip is placed in the pet's body, its organs generate a connective tissue around the microchip, so it stays in the pet's body without making any trouble for it -like a normal part of its body.
Scanner Device
Radar scanner device is lightweight, easy-to-carry, and solid. It contains an internal antenna, a GSM module, and a rechargeable battery.
The scanner device is designed to use for identifying the pet. This device activates the microchip via radio waves and the reflected waves determine the dedicated code. After that, it not only sends them to the database but also shows them on the screen of the device.
The Tracking System
After implanting the microchip and scanning it, the identification and medical records of the pet will be sent to our online database. Then our organization will dedicate an electronic ID to the pet, and the person who has implanted the microchip will sign it as a verification.
Since the owner of the pet might change, it is important to update the pet's online information regularly. Updating the data after possession transition is really vital to find the pet when it's lost, therefore, you better consider it as something crucial.
