The radar hardware includes a two-year replacement warranty, for which you must consider the following conditions:

  • Injuries caused by use in non-conventional and non-standard conditions or unexpected accidents and physical injuries and technical defects caused by impact, fire, liquids and fluids entering the device, electrical fluctuations, chemicals and misuse of the device.

  • The cost of going to and from the installer and the cost of opening and installing the device for the purpose of warranty is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of transferring the device to the radar support center for warranty service and returning the device to the customer.
  • The cost of repairs, updates and, if necessary, replacement of the defective device with a new device is the responsibility of the seller for 2 years from the date of purchase of the device.

  • The process of repairing the defective device or replacing it, if necessary, will take between 3 and 10 working days.

Purchase cancellation conditions:
If you cancel your purchase after placing the order, you can contact Radar’s sales department and announce your cancellation before your package is sent. For this purpose, the account number and card number belonging to the buyer must be announced to the sales unit and the payment will be returned to him within 3 working days.

Conditions for returning goods:
When returning the device, you should keep in mind that all shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are not included in the return amount. If the device is opened or installed, since the installation fee has been paid to the installers, the amounts related to this process will not be returned.

After receiving the returned device and performing the necessary checks to ensure its health and safety, if approved, the cost will be paid to you according to the company’s rules and within 3 to 10 working days.

If the customer cancels the purchase for any reason within a week after purchasing, receiving, installing and testing the tracker, the following steps must be taken:

  6. Payment by the company to the buyer within a maximum of 10 working days

Important: The cost of sending the device to the company, the cost of going back and forth to the installer, and the cost of opening the device are the responsibility of the buyer.
